• Practice focus: Concentrates on representing businesses and individuals in litigation, general business transactions, employment issues, and in matters of state and local public law.

• Elected to Ashville Village Council in 2009, where he currently chairs the Legislative Committee and serves on the Finance, Public Safety, and Planning & Visioning Committees.  Former Council Representative on Ashville Planning & Zoning Board.
• Served on active duty in the U.S. Army as an infantryman from 2003-2006, including a year-long deployment to the Sadr City area of Baghdad, Iraq in 2005.  Twice awarded the Army Commendation Medal, earned the Combat Infantryman's Badge (CIB), and graduated from the Army's Airborne School.
• Member of the Ohio State Bar Association
• Member of the non-profit Ohio Fallen Heroes Memorial committee, where he serves as a Spokesman and Public Relations Chairman; Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), and the Ohio Farm Bureau
• Education:  The Ohio State University, B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, 2007; The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, J.D., 2011, Associate Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law
• Enjoys movies, sports, target shooting, American history, the music of Johnny Cash, and spending time with his wife and two daughters
