- Has practiced law for nearly 20 years with a focus in the areas of collaborative law, mediation, divorce and custody, local government law, public records and open meetings
- Co-author of the Home Rule Handbook for Ohio Townships; a highly trained and experienced mediator
- Inducted into the 2009 Fellows Class of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. Membership is extended only to lawyers whose careers have demonstrated their dedication to the highest ideals of the legal profession and the welfare of their community.

- Has three children who are active in sports and school. When not running around with children, hobbies include competitive swimming, fitness, taking in the wide array of experiences in Columbus, reading and playing with her two dogs.
