As a result of the agreed upon purchase of the racing rights of Lebanon Raceway in Lebanon, Ohio, which enables the buyer to acquire a video lottery license, Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment, one of the most innovative gaming operators in the country, and Churchill Downs Incorporated, a premier racing, gaming and entertainment company, plan to build a brand new racing and gaming facility in Ohio that will be an entertainment destination and will create new jobs in Ohio.
